Interested in joining the Pup City team?

Pet care can be loud, busy, and fast-paced, but we work hard to make Pup City a place where employees feel respected, supported, and heard.

We value communication, teamwork, reliability, and a no-drama work environment. Employee feedback and recommendations are welcomed and genuinely considered. We don't operate with a "management versus staff" mindset. Everyone is expected to communicate, help each other, and stay on the same page!

Prior dog daycare or boarding experience is helpful, but it's not required. We're often more interested in finding people who fit our team dynamic, have a positive attitude, communicate well, and are willing to learn. Skills can be taught. Reliability, teamwork, and work ethic are much harder to find.

​

Applicants must be at least 16 years old.

​

We are currently searching for new Pup City team members.

​

We are primarily interested in applicants who can work one or more of the following shifts:

​​​​​

• Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PENDING)

  • Every other weekend​

• Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Shift Lead)​

  • Every weekend​

  • Must have previous daycare/boarding experience
