We absolutely love our customers, especially when they provide us with their feedback! There's only so much that we can learn on our own which is why we highly value feedback, recommendations, etc. from not only Pup City customers but employees too. The bulk of updates to the facility and amenities are influenced by consistent communication with the people and dogs who walk through our doors!
